Cancel your plan, and what happens to your files

You can cancel at any time in Billing.

During the free trial

Cancel before the trial ends and your card won't be charged. You keep full access until the trial's end date. See How the 14-day free trial works.

After your plan ends

• Your account becomes read-only. You can still view and download everything, but you can't add anything new.
• Your organization and its files are deleted 60 days after the plan ends.
• We email you 14 days and 3 days before the deletion, so you have time to download what you need.

Before you cancel

Download any files you want to keep, including signed documents and form responses.
