Effective date: November 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Confluence Enterprises LLC, 3825 Leonardtown Road, Suite 5, Waldorf, MD 20601 (“MyDocUploads”, “we”, “us”), the provider of MyDocUploads, a ConsultraCloud app. If you use MyDocUploads for a business, you accept these Terms for that business, and “you” means that business. By creating an account or using MyDocUploads, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
MyDocUploads gives each of your clients a secure workspace for documents. It includes five modules: Core (workspaces, file storage and sharing, file requests), Conversations, Secure Drop, Sign and Flow (forms and templates). Every plan includes every module. Plans differ by the number of seats, active workspaces and monthly allowances, as shown on our pricing page. Allowances reset each month. We may improve and change the service over time. If we remove a feature that is central to your plan, we will tell you in advance.
New customers can try MyDocUploads free for 14 days. A credit card is required to start the trial, and nothing is charged during it. We email the account owner 3 days before the trial ends. When the trial ends, your card is charged for the plan and billing period you chose, and your subscription continues until you cancel. To avoid being charged, cancel in Billing before the trial ends.
You decide who receives your file requests, shares, forms, Secure Drop messages and signing links, and what each link allows. You are responsible for sending links to the right people and for the settings you choose, such as expiry dates, passwords and PINs. Anyone who uses a link must use it only for its intended purpose.
Sign lets you collect electronic signatures on PDFs and keeps a signing record with each signed document. You are responsible for deciding whether an electronic signature is appropriate for a document and for meeting any legal requirements for it. We do not give legal advice.
You must not, and must not let others:
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your content, as described in our Privacy Policy and on our Security page. We work to keep MyDocUploads available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out planned maintenance and will try to schedule it at quiet times.
MyDocUploads works with services run by others, such as Stripe for payments and Google if you choose “Sign in with Google”. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, do not pay, or if your use creates a security or legal risk for us or others. Where we can, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem. You may stop using MyDocUploads at any time. Sections 5, 6, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 18 continue to apply after your account ends.
MyDocUploads is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these Terms, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. MyDocUploads supports your security and compliance work, but using it does not by itself make you compliant with any law or rule.
To the extent the law allows: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if it knew they were possible; and (b) our total liability for all claims relating to MyDocUploads or these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us for MyDocUploads in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations or to your obligations under section 15.
You will defend and hold us harmless against claims by third parties that arise from your content, your use of MyDocUploads in breach of these Terms, or your breach of the law, and you will pay the resulting costs and damages that a court awards or that you agree to in a settlement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and both parties agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell customers by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using MyDocUploads after the change takes effect, the new Terms apply.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy, together with any Business Associate Agreement or order form you sign with us, are the whole agreement between you and us about MyDocUploads. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganization. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
