Lobby

Start the day in the Lobby

Maria runs client onboarding at Harbor Point IT. Her Lobby shows what's waiting on her and what's waiting on clients, across every workspace. Any job starts from the top row.

  • Northbridge has sent 4 of 6 onboarding documents
  • A new form submission and an approval are waiting
MyDocUploads Core

One workspace per client

Northbridge's workspace holds its files, file requests, conversations, Secure Drops and signatures. Share a folder with the client or keep it internal. Office files open and edit in the browser, and every action lands in the activity record.

File requests

What your client sees

Alicia, Northbridge's practice manager, gets a checklist instead of a login. She sees what's left, adds files from her phone, and each item is marked received when it arrives. You can see the same progress back in the Lobby.

  • No account for the client
  • Her link was made just for her, and expires on the date you set
MyDocUploads Conversations

Approve it on the file, not in an email thread

Alicia asks a question about the rollback plan right on the change request. Maria answers, and Alicia marks it approved. The approval is recorded with the time and the version she saw.

MyDocUploads Secure Drop

Send the admin password without email

The new front desk login goes out as an encrypted, one-time message. It disappears after it's opened, expires if it isn't, and needs a PIN that Maria shares by phone.

MyDocUploads Flow

Intake with one form

Maria starts from the New client technical onboarding template, edits a question and sends one link. Answers are saved in Northbridge's workspace, and uploaded files go to Form uploads, scanned for malware.

MyDocUploads Sign

Get the agreement signed

Maria drags fields onto the managed services agreement and sends it. Dr. Okafor signs without an account, and the signed copy comes back to the workspace with its signing record.

Your turn

Try it with your own clients

Set up a client workspace and send your first file request in a few minutes. Every module is included on every plan.

MyDocUploads in 90 seconds. Client work still runs on email: files scattered across inboxes, passwords sitting in email, approvals lost in reply-all. MyDocUploads Core gives every client one workspace. Send one file request link and clients upload from any device, with no account, and every file is scanned for malware. Each save is a new version and every action lands in the activity record. MyDocUploads Conversations lets you comment on the exact passage and mark the file approved, with who approved it and when on record. MyDocUploads Secure Drop sends a password as a one-time encrypted message with an expiry date and a PIN. MyDocUploads Flow collects answers with a form, and the answers land in the client's workspace. MyDocUploads Sign places fields on any PDF, and the signed copy comes back with its signing record. Every module comes on every plan. HIPAA BAA available on request.
